I’ve placed an order -- what happens now?
Orders are processed within 3 business days of placing an order. You can expect your order to arrive within 2-5 weeks. In the unlikely event that you haven’t received your order after 5 weeks, email us at cs@82ndandAcorn.com
Upon delivery of your order to the address you provided, or to your local post office, the item(s) will be considered in your possession and we will not be held responsible for lost or stolen goods.

In today’s world, we understand everyone wants instant gratification. However, our business is built upon the idea that we go straight to the manufacturer, fulfill your order, and get it to you (worldwide) without unnecessary middlemen, markups, or fees.

Do you offer exchanges?
We are committed to seeing you happy with your 82nd & Acorn purchase! Should your item(s) not fit, arrive not as ordered, or be defective, we encourage you to contact us (cs@82ndandAcorn.com) and we’ll ensure we take care of our Acorns!
Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds on discounted items. However, please see above discussion on exchanges!
Please do not return items to the manufacturer.
If you purchased items at full price, our refund policy on full price items is 15 days from the time your receive your order. Contact us and we will direct you on how to proceed.
How does sizing work?
Please see individual items for size charts. Due to the unique direct from manufacturer relationship we have with our suppliers, we aim to provide you with sizing information for your preferred item. Please contact us if you have further sizing questions.
We do not offer separate sizes options on two piece sets and swimwear.
